Apartment 3 occupies the entire top level & has outstanding views of The Cut (harbour entrance) and Tasman Bay.  The beds are king, queen and 1 superking/twin.  Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms & there is a 3rd bathroom with shower-over-bath and bidet.

Apartment 2 - 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms

Unit 2 lounge/dining

Apartment 2 is on the lower level - with a garden aspect.  It is furnished with comfortable couches and lazy boy chairs.  The two bedrooms are well appointed, with TVs and superking/twin beds.  Each has an ensuite bathroom with shower, hair dryer, luxurious bathrobes, heated towel rails, heated tiled floors and wall heaters.  The kitchen is modern with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave.  There is central air/heat.

Apartment 1 is on the lower level - with a garden aspect & glimpse of the harbour.  There is a full stereo/radio and video system in the lounge and TV in both the lounge and bedroom.  The bathroom has a king sized bathtub/shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and luxurious bathrobes.  The kitchen has fridge/deep-freeze, wall oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and drier.  The bedroom has a super king/twin bed.
